NaNoWriMo was a part of my life from 2020 to 2023. It was fun and addicting to push myself. The certificate at the end was an added bonus. I tracked my own goals in a Word doc last year and when I was done, I missed the certificate.
This year, I made my own. I am far from a professional designer. I like the Procreate App and I use it whenever I remember to charge my iPad. Designing the certificate started as a fun hobby to forget about a long, tiring day at work. By the time I finished it, I wondered if there are people like me out there who miss the certificate.
So, here it is! The certificate is available as a PNG and a PDF. It is free and there are no conditions to download it. I won’t ask for private information and this website does not log IP addresses/PII or anything of that sort.
I tried a test print with a normal, A4 size paper with the PNG image and there were no issues with the bleed and the margin. The PDF is not a fillable form. You can use Firefox's inbuilt PDF viewer to add a text before saving or printing.

I changed one thing in the certificate, though. I didn’t want to be caught up in multiple questions related to trademarks and I used ‘International Novel Writing Month’ instead of ‘National Novel Writing Month’.
If this is received well, I might do it every year.
